These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invoicease application ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing interval you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Data & Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. You are responsible for exporting and backing up any data you need to retain.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
